Snake Zen

Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 30, 2026

Snake Zen is a relaxing snake game developed by DeskWorkSolutions. We believe in keeping things simple — including how we handle your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's used.

By playing Snake Zen, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only the minimum data needed to run the game and leaderboard features:

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, location, or any sensitive personal information.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or sell it to any third parties.

Snake Zen uses Google Firebase (Realtime Database and Crashlytics) to store leaderboard data and capture crash reports. Firebase operates under Google's privacy policy.

All data transmitted between the app and Firebase is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

We do not share your data with any other third-party services.

Your leaderboard data (name and scores) is stored in Firebase for as long as your record exists. If you uninstall the app, your local session ends, but your leaderboard entry may remain visible to other players.

If you'd like your data removed, please contact us and we'll delete your record manually from our Firebase database.

Snake Zen is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
